  1. Can I make a custom socks ?

We are capable of making custom socks for people however our minimum orders are currently high. 600 pairs to be exact. If this number didn’t scare you off please contact us for more information.

We are located in Seoul, South Korea

  1. Where are your socks made?

Our socks are made in Korea. Carrie recently went to Korea to check out our factory. You can read about it on our blogs.

  1. Do you have any plans on making men’s knee highs? Or tights… or over the knee…. or socks for cats?

We are always thinking about new types of socks we can make. Chances are, we will not be making socks for cats but crazier things have happened. We have Over the Knee styles available, but no tights. We’re always looking into new styles and fits, so if you have something in mind, let us know.

Ordering & Payment

  1. What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal(Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and bank wire transfer.

Shipping & Returns

  1. How do you ship?
  2. We ship using the Korea Post(EMS) system. It’s the cheapest way to go for small orders. We also offer EMS shipping as an option. All of our wholesale orders are shipped using KOREAPOST.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
  4. Yes we do! We ship anywhere the post will deliver. However, we only accept PayPal as payment for international orders. We apologize for this inconvenience but we are unable to accept credit cards directly for international orders.
  5. When can I expect my order to ship?

Sock it to Me ships Monday – Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and ready to send out. We do our best to send your order out as soon as possible! If you’re shipping internationally, it can take between 3-15 business days for us to process your order.

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically take 2-7 days from the ship date for them to arrive. Priority Mail is faster and takes a few days at the most to arrive. It depends on where you are located in relation to us. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive. The average is 4 weeks. If you have any questions about when your order will arrive don’t hesitate to email us.

  3. How do I cancel my order?
  4. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel your order.
  5. What is your return policy?
  6. We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. We will gladly exchange or refund your order if you have received damaged or defective socks. If you ordered the wrong item or decide that what you ordered wasn’t what you were looking for we are happy to accept your return as long as our socks are in their original packaging and unused. Please message us before you mail us a return so we can get it authorized first.
